Additional Restrictions

· Site Must Be Leveled Before Permit Process Is Started (+/- 1 inch of level )

· Site Must Be Clear of Obstructions  4’ from All Sides and Above

· Bilt-Wel Will Only Pull Permits & Provide Concrete for this product in CABQ, Rio Rancho, Town of Bern.

· Bilt-Wel will assist our customers with permitting in other areas.
